Taco Tikka Truck started with a simple question: why keep these flavors apart? Indian spices and Mexican techniques share a deep respect for fire, freshness, and bold seasoning.
We source locally whenever possible and prepare everything by hand. Our tortillas are pressed daily, our marinades are made from scratch, and our spices are blended in small batches to keep every bite vibrant.
No fusion for fusion's sake. Just honest street food that happens to carry two cultural lineages on one plate.
